At 2½ years old, Phoebe has earned a very special title around the shelter: she’s our go-to dog for meeting new dogs!

If a new canine friend comes through our doors, chances are Phoebe is the first one we trust to help make introductions. She’s truly a dog’s dog and absolutely loves making new four-legged friends. Her social skills and friendly personality make her a favorite companion for pups of all kinds.

Phoebe is packed with energy and always ready for fun. She loves to run, play, and show off her joyful spirit. She’s also known for being a little jumpy when she’s excited—but that’s just part of her charm! Despite her big personality, Phoebe comes in the perfect pocket-sized package.
